Mission of the Firm
Since 1991, our representation of
Government and commercial contractors includes the following areas:
Bid Protests - Fighting to keep awards that
contractors have won, as well as working to overturn awards that
contractors have lost.
Claims - Prosecuting the right of
contractors to recover increased compensation from Government agencies for
work that has not been properly paid for.
Subcontractors - The firm also represents Federal
Government subcontractors when their prime contractors have failed
to pay them correctly.
Contract Litigation - Our Contract Litigation
specialty further enables the firm to represent a wide range
of corporations that have Commercial Contract Disputes
in the manufacturing, construction, services, and real estate areas. We are
admitted to and practice in all the Federal Courts and Boards for contract
cases.
